Premise

The present general conditions have as their object the purchase of products, carried out remotely by means of a telematic network through the website www.labelsandtapes.com belonging to E.SHOP SRL with headquarters in Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), via Ugo la Malfa, 14 - VAT 04244100980 - Tel. +39 370 3379358 e-mail: info@labelsandtapes.com


Orders

The order is considered accepted only if received from Italy via Internet through the website: www.labelsandtapes.com and confirmed by e-mail. To send orders in other forms, you must contact the site owners at the e-mail address: info@labelsandtapes.com


Order Cancellation

Orders are irrevocable and immediately bind the customer, subject to the right of E.SHOP SRL to authorize any revocations. In this case or in the event that the CUSTOMER refuses to collect the commissioned goods, the latter will forfeit any advance payment in addition to any transport costs for shipping and return.


Goods return

In case of receipt of products that do not comply with the orders or are defective, the Customer must promptly notify E.SHOP SRL making a formal request for replacement or reimbursement by writing via e-mail to the box info@labelsandtapes.com. The buyer will contact the courier who, compatibly with his availability, will collect the goods. E.SHOP SRL reserves the right to verify the disputed non-conformity and in case of confirmation, will arrange for the shipment of the replacement goods also covering the transport costs incurred by the purchaser, or the reimbursement of the total amount of the order purchase. The use of the goods constitutes their acceptance without reservations and renounces any claim.


Our prices

The prices indicated are net of VAT, to which will be added the transport costs which will be calculated by estimating the weight of the entire supply. These costs are available for ordering before confirming the order. The E.SHOP SRL reserves the right to cancel a web order received if in the calculation of the total amount errors should be found in the prices of the online price list caused by incorrect typing of the prices themselves.


Delivery times and methods

Considering the innumerable combination of label formats and the different types of support we offer, we find it impossible to have a finished product warehouse ready for delivery, so we inform all our customers that on average our delivery times are around:
- 3 working days for original and compatible dymo labels
- 3/5 working days for all printer models
- 7/10 working days for all ribbon formats
- 10/15 working days for labels and all other products

It is understood that the timing is conditioned by the receipt of the payment of the order.


Payment

The order can be paid in different ways:
- PayPal
- Advance Bank Transfer
- Cash on delivery

Only after payment has been made will we start the production order for the ordered material except for payment on delivery.


Billing

The invoice is issued when the goods are ready for shipment and is sent by e-mail to the address assigned during registration.


Applicable law and competent court

Any dispute relating to contracts governed by these terms of sale will be governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the sales contracts governed by these conditions and their execution, the Court of Milan will be exclusively competent.
